Matthew Moss is the CO-Founder and CEO of Vestor, a Cleveland based real estate crowdfunding platform. Matt moved to Cleveland in 2008, and since then has worked on completing his education while playing a role in the Mid-West’s developing future. Prior to founding Vestor, Matt worked as a loan officer and project assistant underwriting real estate development projects and small business loans and at the City of Cleveland. While working at the City Matt realized how difficult it was for some developers to finance their projects given the uncertainty and inflexibility of many traditional mezzanine finance sources. This inspired him to co-found Vestor as a way to aid stalled projects, provide future projects with a new source of capital, and to provide investors with direct access to real estate projects in their community.
